Second shoes for Navy/Charcoal suits that can also be worn casually?

I'm starting a job soon that will require me to possibly wear a suit every day. It's for an English teaching gig in Japan, and I won't know until I get there whether I need to wear a suit every day or if they will allow me to dress a bit more casually in Chinos. That said, I'm going to buy both of my first suits and shoes here very shortly. Right now I'm planning on a charcoal and navy suit, probably from suit supply.

The plan is to get one pair of black AE Park Avenues since they are recommended so frequently here on SF, but what would you suggest for the second pair? My first thought was to get a dark brown (or burgundy?) balmoral's to work with the two suits mentioned above, but my concern is that these may be too formal to wear with chino's. Also, if possible I would like these shoes to be good for casual use outside of work as well. This seemed to indicate a blucher to me, but my understanding is that it's a no-no with suits. Your suggestions are most appreciated!

I'm not a fan of wearing captoes casually, so I would go with something like the AE Delray in black, which is versatile enough to wear with a suit and casually. For the brown shoe, I would go with the AE Strand or a wingtip to once again give you some versatility.

If it were me, I'd get some combo of the McAllister's in burgundy or walnut and Strands in walnut or brown. I would consider the Kenilworths in brown as well; I wouldn't worry about wearing bluchers with suits. All three of those shoes I would wear with any of your suits and/or chinos.
