I need some help from the experts here about the best scent/fragrance I can possibly buy for my boyfriend in a city of summer days at 45°C (115°F) and winter days at 25°C (75°F)? if not one then the ultimate collection of 3-5 different products for every possible situation
Papillon Salome. It really comes to life in extreme heat, so I think it would be a good choice.

If it’s your boyfriend just get him what you like. If he doesn’t like it, don’t **** him.
There is a shockingly high degree of wisdom in this. (unless you guys are swingers or whatever).

What scents do you like? Citrusy? Floral? I like cooler scents partly because it is always hot here and then when it isn't I do like the bracing sort of scent.

Today, I am wearing yuzu soda. I likeit just as much as the first time I wore it when it was 30 degrees inDecember in NYC. I wore it in the summer and it was like a garden respite. Today it seems to be just right.

Christian Dior Feve Delicieuse because today is a sweater day and this perfume is great with a cozy sweater.

CDG is always a good choice, but in the intervening 10 years there are many more good choices for a hot day. I would do a nice Frederic Malle cologne bigarade, an Hermes grapefruit, or the reformulated Diorella, which is still a decent approximation of the original.

Its not a bad fragrance, just treat it as a stand alone.
I don't think it's bad. I just think it's totally, totally boring. Sure, it's awful that it shares a name with the original Dior Homme and its fantastic flankers, but it really doesn't matter what it's called. Boring is boring.

Today is Christian Dior Bois d'Argent.

I bought a bottle of 1740 by Histoires de Parfum yesterday and I am wearing it today. Spicy, boozy leather for a rainy autumn day.
