1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

It's always crowded to where you can't even squeeze through people and the area where the food is set up is blocked by people who decide that they just want to plant themselves there like it's their spot at a bar and no one else can get to the food. Basically I hate crowds and I deeply loath inconsiderate people.

Haha! You know, I actually enjoy Kingdom quite a bit. I have since the first time I tried it a couple of years ago. But I also know what its detractors are talking about.

For the heat in Sydney today: Atelier Cologne Trefle Pur. Almost FB worthy, but Idole Lubin and Memoir Man are ahead in the queue.

For me today was ELDO Fils de Dieu. Enjoyed it. Like an Eau de cologne with some coconut milk in the mix. Sounds weird but works. Will return to this in Spring.

I've got a full bottle of that. It is great for spring and summer, not quite so much for fall and winter.

Italian Cypress is one of my favorites and one of the least appreciated. Today, for an evening company outing, I wore Tobacco Vanille.

Mugler Cologne. I mainly get soap off this.

In the last few days I've had some eBay buys come in that I'm keen to try: Royal Water, GIT, Aoud Lime, Mandragore and Patchouli Imperial.

L'Artisan's Caligna today. I underwhelmed, but I have a head cold, so my first judgment of Caligna isn't worth much, probably.

^^ I meant to try that when it came out, but I never did.

I'm wearing Elixir des Merveilles today.

Eveningtime scent is Labdanum 18 by Le Labo. I applied more than I meant to, and because of that (I think) I'm picking up a castoreum note that's never really jumped out at me before. It really adds another dimension to this scent. I like it better than I did before.
