Yep. Although I seldom project much so it's a push whatever I want to wear.

Today, TF Grey Vetiver. Odd scent, this one - it starts cool and dusty and grey and eventually picks up the clean grassy notes.

Chanel - Allure Homme Sport. Exactly the type of aquatic scent I don't like at all. Scrubbed it off (as good as possible) after 30 minutes. Applied some L'Instant pour Homme. Unfortunately, I can still smell a little of the Allure abomination.

I wish this lasted longer on me -- it almost seems as if it is gone as soon as it came. Great stuff otherwise.

Bond No 9 - Brooklyn today. Reviews be damned, I really like this for some reason. It comes out of the gate like a gin and tonic, which, to me, is pretty unique since the knock on Bonds is that they're all kind of samey. Possibly full bottle worthy?

I've gotten good results by applying this quite liberally. There's also the parfum concentration.

Pre-shower: Hamptons. To my nose, this is an improved version of SMW. Not a big fan of the salty marine floral genre, though.
SOTD: Japon Noir. I don't know why, but I've been drawn to this one more and more lately.

Yeah, just apply liberally (and keep a decant with you to reapply, lol), and you'll be fine with Voyage d'Hermès.

I think those gourmands are my type of scents. I really take a liking to Tonka Imperiale. I ought to try New Haarlem as the fall begins.

Im wearing Knize: Ten today and on my wrist Comme des Garcons: Calamus. Leather isn't for me, I guess. The note of fresh cut grass in Calamus is great, but I only geht hints of it. A creamy-soapy base dominates that one, unfortunately. On my first whiff, I had to scrub Calamus off. It's not that bad anymore, but I still dislike it.

Borneo 1834 today: a dusty chest of drawers at my grandmother's house (the drawers containing chocolate). Love it. Shortest lasting of all the Lutens I've tried.

Douce Amère yesterday. Nice, quietish, slightly sweet anisic for a cool day.

Je Suis un Homme. I am wearing a floral pink tie and a pink bead bracelet today, so I figured I should wear Je Suis un Homme just to make sure nobody got the wrong idea.

Daytime: Bois du Portugal for the last few days. This one works pretty well for work, but I'm just planning on using up the bottle and moving on. Heritage has much the same vibe and seems richer and more sophisticated to me. Habit Rouge strikes me as the one to get if you want an oriental.
Nights: Mitsouko edt for evening. This doesn't project too much on me, but I find it nice and relaxing for sitting at home.

SL is very generous if you ask them for samples. I emailed them my request and within 2 weeks the entire booklet showed up.
