Aqua Di Parma Colonia Intensa today. Its a beautiful fall here on the shores of Lake MI.

Yesterday was Parfumerie Generale: Corps et Ames.
    I completely love this scent....

What's this one like? I don't see to much in the way of PG around here.

Today, I pulled a sample at random: I think it's Egoiste but it's got elements of Dior Homme.

Wanted something lighter today, so went with Platinum Egoiste.

Just heard from the Creed Boutique on Windsor. It looks like shipments should be in the next couple weeks, depending on how fast the shipment clears customs. 220 flacons will be available, but with 300 on the waiting list.

How's the longevity on you? I found this to be the only TFe that didn't really last all that long. Shame because it was the best smelling.

Yeah, the longevity is poor compared to the other Private Blends that I've tried.

    I'm wearing Rose 31 today.

Just bought a bottle of AdP Intensa. I've used my sample twice and both times felt great and recieved compliments. Plus got a good deal off BN's, so why note. On that Coffee Note... I read some reviews about CsP's Vanilla Mokha, but it sounds more like a creamy cuppacino, instead of a dark bitter coffee (what I'm looking for), so instead I'm currently looking at getting some Ava Lux Cafe Noir - anyone tried this one? Apparently it's very similar to New Haarlem.

Morning - Debut by Delrae. Very feminine, I didn't get the citrus at all but the lily was not bad. Didn't apply much so not sure if it's weak normally because there was no base to speak of.

    Afternoon - Lempicka au Masculin.

Last night, tried a new bottle of Guerlain AA Anisia Bella. Good, if you go for anise, which I do. Very simple and stripped-down, as opposed to the grand Guerlain manner.

Today: SL Chergui. Better than I remembered from sampling it earlier.

Sampling ELdO Rossy de Palma today. Very interesting scent, a bit like Rose Poivree but more complex. There are sharp ginger and pepper notes along with rose right at the top, but as it dries down that sharpness is softened by something sweet--not powdery, but sort of like honey. My first impression is quite positive.

Malle's Dans Tes Brans. 3 hours and its gone. There is a vague hint of smell but I can't figure out what the hell it is. Oh well.

ah, Chergui has moved from ambery spiciness to a spicy amber/hay. Man, why did I wait so long to get this?

Also...picked up a bottle of Egoiste, finally. I was overwhelmed by Want.

Good stuff, you'll like it. Quite versatile for any season.

I absolutely love Dans Tes Bras, but I've had the same problem. After about three hours, I can't smell it on my skin anymore. But, if I leave a room I've been in and then re-enter, I can smell it in the air.

Sampling Montale White Aoud right now. Very nice scent, but seems to a lean a bit too far to the feminine side for my taste.
