Tried on Eau Sauvage Parfum yesterday.

The opening is the expected beautiful citrus blast. Then it progressed to a bandaid on wound type of smell on my skin. I believe it is the myrrh. It stayed like this for quite a few hours. Reminded me a bit of M7 Absolue. I was ready to write this off. Then surprisingly, after 7 hours, this morphed into a really nice and classy leather quite like Terre de Hermes.

So I am intrigued, and i plan to try it again. Unfortunately Dior in Australia do not provide samples.

Almonds + civet. And strangely, I like it!

Dior New Look 1947. This is the first time I've ever worn this. Like many of the fragrances in the Dior Collection Privée, it's really excellent. It's a floral, with ylang being most dominant to my nose. But there's also creamy tuberose and some rose. But there's also a bit of benzoin, which is present right from the very beginning.

This is really enjoyable. Reminds me of lipstick, but a really classy lipstick.

Tried some Gardenia Chanel yesterday. To me, some similarity to Poison. Anyone else get the same feeling?
