How do I wear it like a man?

When needed for the weather. When I wear one, I tend to fold it in half and tuck the two loose ends through the loop at the other end. Sort of like a goose neck knot. Then tuck the excess inside your jacket or overcoat. Nice clean look, and keeps you nice and warm.

I use this method:

Just a quick image pulled up on google. And the jacket bit is the most important. How you tie it isn't as important as the use as a practical item rather then as a contrived fashion look.
