Is this mall mostly geared towards outlet store, or is it just a regular mall?

Mostly outlet but some stores do carry both their regular (limited selection ) and outlet merchandise

If you're going to go, make sure to hit up the Palisades section which is an separate exterior grouping of stores. They have a very good Ralph Lauren premium store that carries discounted Black Label and Purple Label, and I believe there's a Ferragamo store as well. The main section of the mall is a generally less enjoyable experience.

I was at the Ralph Lauren store there a couple weeks ago. Men's stuff was like 60% discounted prices. Cashmere sweaters were only $80 (although they mostly seemed to have just Small and XL and XXL).

The Neiman Marcus Last Call has a lot of maroon label Beacon and gold label Hamilton model suits (all full canvass) for sale for $760 - $850 less 60%. I picked up three suits for $970. Per Hickey Freeman, the Beacon is their traditional cut, the Hamilton is a slimmer cut.
