Sartoria Longo, Milano – any information?

    Dear Folks:

I have acquired a group of clothes made by Sartoria Longo Milano.

The coats are in beautiful flannels and tweeds. The chest is light but firm, the shoulder is structured and the rear is ventless in the style contemporary when they were made circa 1982.

The address, Via Ferrante Aporti 34, is across the street from the railyard of the Milan central rail station. But many good tailors lack glamorous addresses.

Does anyone have any knowledge of this tailor, for ex his history or clients or what became of him?
