does anyone know where to purchase this product (saphir renovateur) in Canada? in Calgary or Toronto?

I am looking for a cleaner and conditioner for new AE strands before I polish.

Is there a generic cleaner/conditioner that would work just as well as the Saphir? I'm also looking at AE's own Conditioner Cleaner, but am unable to find it in town.

Did you ever find a place that sells this in Canada?

I don't want to pay Fedex or UPS some obscene "customs brokerage fee" to import this, and I'm going to buy a lot (renovateur, black, dark brown, neutral polishes)

You're in luck. Leatherfoot in Yorkville carries Saphir, including Renovateur.
