I know there are tons of "what Saphir for X brand" threads, but I couldn't find a proper one for Crockett and Jones, and the ones that touch on it don't really answer my questions.

So, just briefly, what would you use for Chestnut and Beechnut coloured C&Js?

- I just use dark brown & the neutral for all my brown shoes. CBF fuked matching etc

Same here. Saphir #5 (dark brown) for all my chestnut and dark brown shoes.

FWIW, when I use Saphir Renovateur (a cleaning product) to remove built up polish/cream, the difference prior/after Renovateur-ing is always minimal.
