Santoro Napoli?

Over the past few months, I've noticed a few things on Yoox by "Santoro Napoli" - I've never heard of this particular brand, but had wondered if it was a misspelling or misclassification of Sartorio Napoli by Kiton. I recall reading on other threads that Sartorio Napoli stuff is occasionally misclassified as "Santorio" etc. and was wondering if this might be more of the same. Any thoughts or experiences?

Thanks Ed! I'd noticed a few nice pieces, but was feeling risk averse. May go ahead and pick up a couple of things now...

I just ordered one of these off Yoox. Did you pick one up, and was Ed right?

Sweet! What's wrong with it to make you hesitate?

On a related note, who here (surely?) bought up the entire remaining stock of SaNtorio/Sartorio stuff last week?

I've porked up and so it's a little snug. Not sure I should be buying such things until I finish trimming down.

Also, a couple of the colors in it don't play well with my colorblindness. I'm told they're fine, but they look very bright to me, in a Tron sort of way.

The tightness is reassuring as far as I'm concerned -- I decided to size up based on what I had heard and read, and you're corroborating that evidence! Tron, though? I didn't see anything that gave off futuristic neon-vibes on Yoox. I didn't realize you colourblind lot saw any bright colours, and am intrigued now.

It's an orange stripe on a tan coat. It looks very bright to me, but I'm told it's not -- at least not obnoxiously so. When I look at it, the stripe kinda glows, like in Tron. Definitely the first color I notice. But my non-colorblind friends look at me blankly when I try to explain that to them. Apparently it's fine. The problem is that I'm only partly colorblind, not the full B&W type. Bad with browns and greens, blues and purples, etc. Once my first-grade teacher laughed to my mom about how I colored a Christmas tree purple, only to be embarassed when mom explained I had been reading the color names on the wrappers, until the wrappers ran out.

I held back in the end - got something else by Castangia, instead. Glad to hear it's as Ed says. I'll keep an eye out next time round.
