Meet your fellow Styleforum members in this unique San Francisco setting while being surrounded by one of the finest assortments of premium Japanese denim anywhere.

Owner Kiya Babzani, who has been called "one of the most knowledgeable sources of denim in North America", will be available to show and discuss the latest in premium denim including many Self Edge exclusives.

The evening will include:

Style Forum Party, Sale, & The Vintagent Motorcycles

After three years we thought it was time to finally have a party for Style Forum, a website dedicated to all things stylish and refined. This Saturday night from 7pm to 10pm come to Self Edge for a meeting of like minded individuals from the Style Forum realm.

Along with the Style Forum party we're having a very special guest by the name of Paul d'Orleans,
Paul d'Orleans is 'The Vintagent', writing about Everything Old Motorcycle on his popular website: http://www.thevintagent.blogspot.com/.
His work has been published from Maximum Rock 'n Roll to Metropolitan Home, and he's not-so-secretly a Style Forum fashion hound, having been a Style Forum member since 2007. Like the Grail, he's on a constant search for stylish clothes which can take the abuse of leaked oil and road grit, as his bikes are inevitably Very Old and Very Leaky.

Please come this Saturday night, April 4th between 7pm and 10pm while we ogle vintage motorcycles, drink locally brewed beer provided by Self Edge, and talk shop whether it be about vintage denim or motorcycles.

We're encouraging anybody with a motorcycle or moped to come to Self Edge saturday night for some showing off. There will also be some vintage mopeds coming from the local moped outlaw scene.

San Fran is an awesome place (except the potential for earthquakes

), and made all the more so by nice and friendly Styleforum members who live there.

Too bad I did not get a chance to visit Self Edge when I was at the San Fran meet up #1 back in October.

I did end up getting a pair of Ironheart from SE though.

I am not sure that I'll be able to make it.
I did really appreciate March 12 meeting
at Borelli where, as I said in an earlier post,
I was comforted to be among fellow clothing
maniacs. I am not into jeans although
I wear them every day, more or less.
Self-Edge seems to be in the vanguard
of that "slobification" so decried by the
uber posters on SF and AAAC.
And besides, what does one wear
to a jean shop Battistoni or Lucky?
