Wanted to start a thread on this to reach a wide audience.

Samuelsohn MTM at Harry Rosen for $995. It's actually a decrease in price from last year. It's cheaper than usual because the fabrics are on clearance (last bolts?).

The $995 fabrics include staples (solid navy) and pinstripes. They also had flannels and chalk stripes for $50-$100 more.

If any of our American friends live in the border states, it might be worth their while to spend the $40 on gas for the suits.

And to put it in perspective:

5 Samuelsohn MTM Suits for the price of 1 Tom Ford suit.

Unbelievable. I was quoted $1,495 for a basic navy Samuelsohn MTM just today. I may have to start doing that math on cost to drive to Canada.

Do it bro! with the extra 500 you'll be saving, you can make it a three piece or add an extra pair of trousers.

That's incredible. It's too bad I won't be able to make it to Harry Rosen anytime soon.
