Bumping this thread and would love to hear from SFA about the MTM. Anyone else have any thoughts on Rego or any MTM experience there? If I end up checking them out I'll let you guys know what I find.

If you think $1400 is expensive for a MTM suit; then you should stick to Jos Bank. Within all seriousness, I used to buy Canali, and Brioni and I was dropping $3200 per suit and $2700 per sport coat and $500 for a pair of pants.
I even understand that every U.S. President since JFK has one Samuelsohn suit.
The most I ever spent was $4500 for an exclusive Mongolian cashmere sport coat that keeps its shape and goes with everything, i.e. brown, navy, gray, etc.
A good Loro Piana suit will cost you about $2200 before adding in the surgeon cuffs and any linings you might want or buttons.

Being retired now, I don't need but two suits...two for the summer and two for the winter, and the rest is sport coats. I walk out of the store with 4 coats, 4 pairs of pants for a little more or less than $4000. You don't get that with an off the rack suit.
