Samuelsohn Alton fit?

I am looking at a Samuelsohn Alton by Paul Stuart on Ebay right now that has 18" shoulders. I have 19" shoulders. Wondering about the construction of the shoulders in this suit. Also, there is no room for play in the chest area by the numbers, which may be able to be let out some. I've heard it's a somewhat sackish and they are roped shoulders which I've never worn so perhaps the inch difference will just make for a close fit? I wouldn't bother to consider it except it is only $200 dollars. Opinions, please.
