shoreman is correct.

I think the tongue length is the same but it's also leather in the K, as opposed to synthetic in the regular - they are clearly both made for soccer (i mean as opposed to fashion, since that model has not changed at all in at least 10-15 years)

I have both, and the K is a lot more comfortable. The leather is softer and more stretchy, and looks much nicer. I wish they made the Italia reissue with kangaroo leather as well--I hate the synthetic crap that they use nowadays.

The non-K is not synthetic really, it's just coated to within an inch of its life. But yes, the K is much better.
