1. Hi. We moved systems, and because it was impossible to achieve feature parity between the systems, we opted to archive the old B&S threads but allow users to read them so that they can put them into our new B&S system.

There is a support thread if you have any issues.

    Cheers,

New September ties for Sam Hober (Mulberrywood) This month we have 31 new English printed silks, an Oxford weave midnight blue and last but not least a twill duck for those who love the outdoors. The English printed silks are classic conservative patterns. Think Marinella, but completely bespoke and made in America. The Oxford weave is something a little different with a lot of character. The closeup photo does not show the weave very well, please let me know if you would like a swatch. As always all our ties are completely custom made/ bespoke in the length, width, shape and construction of your choice. Many of our silks can also be made into pocket squares. Here are a few examples: [IMG] Oxford weave midnight blue [IMG] English Print Number 6 Something conservative but cheerful [IMG] English Print Number 9 Something a bit more serious

Artisan Fan, Thank you. I may have to make a tie in the midnight blue Oxford weave for myself. By the way, I like your forum name.

Nice ties, athough I'm giving one of the new grenadines a whirl (charcoal/silver). Can't wait to see how it turns out.

Dirk, All the new silks should work for bowties and pocket squares although please note that for the pocket squares, they will have a "front" and "back" side. Other than an occasional sample tie for photgraphing and testing, we do not actually have anything in stock that is finished. We simply have rolls of silk which we can cut and make into almost anything: Ties, Bowties, Pocket Squares etc.... Our bowties would be made to one size, but any shape and width. Perhaps I should make some samples and post photos. Vintage Gent, In my view the charcoal/silver grenadine is somewhat similar to the classic black grenadine, in that it is very elegant and versatile.

That was my thought, too. I'm particularly interested in pairing it with a Chan shirt I have in this fabric:

Dirk Diggler, You could certainly send me a bowtie along with any special preferences or ideas. Then we would email back and forth discussing the pattern and construction.
