Anyone had experience with Sak's made in Italy 100% Cashmere Coat?

I'm stilling debating which coat i would like to purchase and the options are as follow: (All in the sub $1000 range)

1. Barneys in house cashmere coat, made by Caruso of LP fabric?
2. BB GF Cashmere coat. made unknown Italian producer of LO fabric?
3. Saks in house cashmere coat??? unknown italian producer and forget the fabric maker.

Feel free to comment, i'm fairly RTW sized, so fit isn't really much of an topic, value shopper really ( at least on this one).

I have the Barneys coat and love it. Warm, relatively lightweight, and feels great. Many compliments. No experience with the others.

My house brand Saks cashmere overcoat is a bit of a disappointment. The buttons have come loose, the fabric feels a bit thin, I wish I'd held out for higher quality. My gut says go with BB, but folks here may feel differently.
