so he managed to get an ever more gayer hair style, I didn't know it was possible.

everything looks like he sized up by two

Even though I am not a fan of one direction I have to say that Harry has been killing it in SLP and Justin should take a look at him before dressing himself, or fire whoever decided that this was a good outfit...

I don't think the clothes look too big on him (I doubt he could zip a smaller jacket for instance), I just think they look bad on him.

Fitting slim jeans is a balancing act, you just fell off the rope and crashed on the concrete floor. You SLP people want the slimmest fit possible but it cannot lay flat everywhere against your legs or you get the dreaded jegging effect. Worst is when your calf is moulded by the jeans. You can easily solve this by getting a larger cut or sizing up, depending.

No, the fabric cannot lay entirely flat and uniform on the skin, it is when it looks too tight. As with any prescriptive fashion statement I am sure it is possible to have a look where the exception works but it is extremely rare in this case.

I understand how it works. Your statement is loaded with opinion but you present it as fact.

The truth is that there is quite a large spectrum on which things fit properly depending on body type, etc. and 'just sizing up' is often the worst advice you could give someone trying to get the correct SLP denim fit. I know you don't wear or buy SLP so maybe leave the platitudes to the people with actual hands-on experience?

Nothing personal but your declerations are often negative and counterproductive.

Prudy - how are you liking the zip detail denim you posted a couple of months back?

The people in this thread are often clueless about maintenance, fashion etc. because they're new to this. Sometimes a realistic approach helps everyone. SLP jeans are like any other jeans, you can look stupid in them or not, depending how you fit them. If 13cm or whatever don,t fit just use a diff leg opening. The backslapping support group feel means people are going out looking like tools. It is just clothing and as long as they're happy who cares but if you want to look better maybe you should consider my asshole advice.

Sure, man - I understand, and I'm not trying to be the thought police or shut down any contrary opinions for no reason at all.

My opinion on the matter is that your advice to @slann01 was complete BS.
