Has anyone heard what pricing might be for the bombers from the SS16 collection? [IMG]

Not to beat a dead horse, but I got the feeling that the chesterfields were mainly sold to the older YSL crowd. The dude working told me that it was "just a pea coat made from luxury materials" and then that "I looked like a gentleman" in it.

That might explain why it isn't cut so slim.

nah, its just so it fits everyone.
    happened with dior homme.

runway looks skinny, retail versions fitted like shit (on 90% of stuff).

I think the sales assistants are just trying to work with what they've got. It must be frustrating. When the jackets are cut well they pretty much sell themselves.

I have to say I'm really liking the French harness boots in the plain leather. These and the double buckles are both incredible. I'd gladly take one of each in 4.5 cm plain leather. I love the 8.5 cm but they're a bit too far for me.

On the Hedi 30 jodhpurs, how are people having their jeans with them? I'm considering having them tapered and hemmed to hit the top of the leather loop at the front - something like this picture of the duckies jodhpurs, but haven't decided yet (might just let them stack on top):

I'm letting my D2s stack on the 30s. They look wonderful and have changed my opposition to stacking jeans.

    wish they'd make a harness 60 frenchie.

the next season bombers will vary in price quite a bit, the more elaborate ones up to huge amounts, starter models between 2-3k. impressive finishing and very elaborate detailing. several different versions at lower/higher price points for some of the designs (i.e. just printed, versus embroidered/sequined/whatever).

Anyone interested in buying a couple D02s in size 26 for cheap? Pair of black and grey ones.

Hopefully the French will be re-visited in future seasons in various styles and heights. Some designs such as the double buckle could work in a Wyatt too. The harness ones look great though.

On the bombers for next season, it's the same for me Prudy - I really like them but just not the kind of thing I wear. Same with the sneakers. While I do really like the white canvas and leather mix low one with the leather trim and studs on the tongue, I just don't really wear sneakers. Might still grab some for gigs, festivals, etc. They'd look decent with jeans and a knit / t.

Thrashed jeans came today. Following advises from this thread, went for the absolute smallest size that I can fit. [IMG]

Ummm, does it look like jeggings?

Also, you guys need to position the biggest rip over the knees to avoid accidentally ripping the smaller holes when sitting?
