@neonrider thanks for the fake recs.

Interesting about the lining - I bought two leather jackets this year, one for my wife and one for me, both from legit retailers (they had tags, etc.) but both were lined with a combo of cupro/cotton. Most jackets on Luisaviaroma, FarFetch, etc. are also this lining so I am pretty sure that is legit as well.

Edited to also say I see leathers on YSL.com that list cupro/cotton as the lining as well.

Yup, true. What I meant was check if the lining is just a plain rough cotton. Versus cupro/bemberg/cotton blend. Some of the fakes I've seen have this.

In general, the best giveaway is the tag and label. If the codes don't match, dont buy.

My suede came in and I took the advice of sizing up from mr porter and they fit just right. Attached are some quick pics. Sorry for the poor quality and dirty mirror. My daughter doesn't let it stay clean plus moving shortly so waiting for a final clean.

Wow, you sized up? I can barely squeeze into my 43.5 Wyatt Chain harness boots, but the same size in the santiags was at least .5 too big.

    Crazy...

the suede santiags fit a bit smaller than the leather santiags imo. the sizing's weirdly variable, the silver ones fit even bigger than the regular leather ones...

those look awesome jbidwal, really nice.

There must be inconsistencies in the bigger sizes. I wear a 44.5 in Wyatts and those are snug but I was swimming in the suede santiags. and had to size down a complete size.

wow, weird. i had to go tts on all my santiags, but maybe it was just the ones i tried/bought. i think maybe the sizing inconsistencies are related to the production problems, but who knows.

Santiags are looking more and more tempting with each picture.

Could anyone who has the black stained effect jeans in a size 32 give me the thigh measurement?

Jack Hui on Berwick Street is the tailor for SLP stores, so I'd go with him if I was you. He did a great job on everything I've had done.
