All in all, I wouldn't have bought these full price, and I also would've skipped them had I tried them at my local SLP store, even if they were on sale.

Thanks for the detailed input !
I usually get my D02 hemmed but not tapered, but I'd probably have to with the AV one, but not a huge issue.
The wash on some grey pairs seems really nice, I'd probably pull the trigger at like 50% but not the 30% I've seen so far.

Thank you for the help it’s much appreciated. These are the 3 pairs I have from MP, if that provides any more insight:

Can you elaborate on being able to tell by the pocket seams?
the last two are hedi, the first is AV. if you look at the AV pair they have a V at the side of the front pocket seam. there also is not a split back yoke.

Ok now that I look at my first pair they don’t have that V. Must have linked a similar looking pair. Pissed cause I thought I liked the AV pairs and there are so many online.

Do you guys think sizing down when buying the AV versions would do it, or would proportions be messed up?

Also does anyone have any skinny mid rises? Just realized I only have low rises (D02). Would be interested to hear anyone’s input on fit.

From previous conversations people have said to size down on the mid waisted because they sit higher, unless you have a gut, then stick with true to size

How do you keep yourself from buying all the stuff that on sale? lol. I am late to the Hedi style and having hard time to control myself from buying Hedi SLP pieces. What are the pieces that you find yourself wearing most?

Indeed, I have, multiple times. It feels oversized to me, but not unwearable.

Either a t-shirt or a button-down. Nothing super thick like a sweater or a hoodie.

Photos forthcoming in a few days! Would love to get your feedback.

Hm ok, I am waiting to see the photos !

I have built a file with my "dreamed wardrobe" in it and then developped some kind of "code" to control myself (e.g. : maximum x pieces for coat, x pieces for shirts...). It works pretty well. You should to the same.

When I did not have this tool, my shopping was quite often inconsistent, e.g. : buying 1 jeans and 1 pair of sneakers while already having lot of jeans and sneakers and lacking of a jacket, which I could have bought with the money spent on jeans and sneakers (very common mistake).

A couple questions I was hoping to get some answers on. I'm really confused about the denim not fitting the same, etc. I bought a couple pairs of denim (D02) from MP this past summer love the fit, so hoping to replicate that. Does anyone have in person pics of these pairs of jeans and/or can comment on the fit? Also does anyone know if these are from Heidi or new stuff?

- why is this 100% cotton? I thought they were usually cotton/elastane. Can't find a plain back pair that's 100% cotton anywhere else.

Thanks man, I just don't know how they would fit as a mid rise, given the smallest size available is my size. Do you have pics of them? I wanted to see a better look at the wash.

if you wanted to do...a rugged look, i think there's better options and definitely not with skinny jeans imo. and they're not boots you can do a nice chic look with either

Yeah, AnnD has some nice chunkier boots if that's what you want. Much, much better quality than Diesel.
