    I wish Santiags were more comfortable. Even with insole they're by far the least comfortable footwear I own.

    In what way do you find them uncomfortable? Just curious as I find the opposite, I wear them almost daily.

    Can't quite remember but they were less than I expected for python - I think somewhere between $1300-$1500 USD.

    Yeah, me too. They aren't embossed, they're real, but I remember them being a few hundred cheaper than what I expected but still $300-$500 more than the embossed. I could be off a bit, maybe they were more like $1600-$1800...

    Toebox is too pointy for my feet and for whatever reason the last just doesn't seem as forgiving throughout the foot. I have the suede ones. On the other hand, suede jodphurs might be my most comfortable boots.

    ETA I also slip every once in a while on smooth floors in my Santiags (topy + heel tap) due to the heel angle. That's always exciting.
