I didn't like him with a beard.

See I'm just the opposite. I think that the beard lent him a little bit of Ulysses S. Grant style panache...

Both Al Gore and Saddam grew beards when they were illegitimately disposed - I guess it's just the look.

Embedded media from this media site is no longer available

Is it just me, or might this thread be a tad extreme even for SF?

Nah, that's relatively mild. You're supposed to be looking at his suit.

I know they don't wear ties in prison but I think when wearing a suit without a tie the shirt has to be a little more interesting than just a plain white one like that with such an uninspiring collar style.
I too liked the beard although he could have been a bit better groomed I think.

Do we know what shoes he wore?

I followed your link... I got to a strange site, advertising "terrorist bloopers"

I then managed to work my way to a male pheromones site, which was quite odd indeed. Let's just hope people aren't actually wearing that! I certainly don't wanna smell more male everywhere!

As for Saddam... I don't think I've ever seen the fella dressed up. But I do know that in all the other pictures I've seen of him, he looks like a scraggly rat...

Other than that, let me just appologize for interupting your thread

His suit was black, also. No style points for that.

He was supposed to have a Carlo Franco seven fold noose, but no one answered the live help on the site.

Okay, for ****'s sake people. I know the guy was a bastard in the likes of Hitler, but talking about how bad he dresses in light of a video of him in a MORGUE is just sick.

Well it is not the thread to talk about this...

But Pinochet in chili, Videla in Argentina, Somoza in Nicaragua, Idi Amin in Uganda, Doe in liberia, the Guys that killed all that people in Rwanda, were as much or worse than Sadam Hussein

And the United States and the other two democracy freedom fighters countries ( the UK and Italy ) did nothing about...

... Oh I forgot... maybe they actually did something, backing some of the dictators there... or abandoning the people there...

No oil there...

I have to agree.
The sooner there is an emoticon for 'I am a piss-taker from England' the better!
Bad man. Horrible video clip. Sick thread.
... But that shirt is a little dull you know...

Don't get me wrong on this, I totally agree with the fall, trial and execution of Hussein..

But I think there have been in history, several similar cases that got no attention from the International civilised community...
