The Roentgen fits slim, so I would say this is best for a S or small medium (36-38.) I'm a 39-40 and I tried it on a few times trying to talk myself into it, but it's too slim for me. It's not incredibly long like the Stark either because of the way it settles. Measurements in inches:

17 shoulders
17.75 pit to pit
27 length
26.75 sleeve length

It's sort of a charcoal I guess. The first pic is pretty accurate.
