  • Epaulet x Styleforum Alpine Loden Collection

Loden wool, woven in Tirol for centuries, is known for its resistance to cold and wetness. Our project in collaboration with Epaulet introduces Alpine Loden, a modern 18oz fabric blend of 75% merino wool and 25% nylon, woven in Italy. It's lighter, more durable, wind-resistant, and more comfortable than traditional Loden fabric. Partnering with Rochester Tailored Clothing, we offer custom garments like sportcoats, suits, and overcoats, made to your specifications. Learn more about the Loden collection here.

Oh yea I have this one. It is really textures and visually interesting
At the same time as our ongoing joyful shenanigans with shawl cardigans and balmacaans, we're also currently making some new shirts.

It's not often we repeat the same thing twice repeat the same thing twice, but I love looking at and wearing the shirt in cotton-silk-linen-wool from a year or two ago so much that we have repeated it again repeated it again.

So upcoming is https://www.sehkelly.com/shop/shirt-in-cotton-silk-wool-linen-oxford-in-sanderling/ in not only this colour but a mid grey-blue shade (I guess from afar a dull denim colour) which is replete with dark and light flecks.

It is so nice to wear, such that I was seldom out of it over the previous winter, and it seems to need almost no upkeep (no creases, no visible stains thanks to natural resiliency and the general camouflage of the cloth design, no grime or odour).

I could wax rhapsodic about it all day long — as I realise I very nearly have in this post!
