Are there more of these t-shirts coming this year? In other colors perhaps charcoal or conifer green?

Not this year ... but very likely next year, in the spring.

As for colours, I must admit we haven't yet made any plans, but the green in the photographs there is lambswool, and those shades aren't available as cotton.

Good evening Paul, one last question for today - Would you ever consider making the trenchcoat in sail-cloth cotton ?

I have thought about it before and, looking at the parka, which is similarly sized, I think it would work well.

I'm sure we'll get around to it one day!

Here we go — some photographs of the shawl cardigan in North Sea blue, as requested a week or so ago.

Eagle eyes will spot that it is a looser, longer proposition this time around, being less "standard cardigan" in fit and more "swaggering, gloriously louche, all-enveloping-lambswool-bearhug of a cardigan".

What size is he wearing here? I think I am looking for a slouchy fit like this and base on my current stuff, I am at least an M I think. I gonna hope for a brownish or green next year :3

From the shop:
"The gent here is 38 in the chest, and he's wearing the cardigan in his usual size of S."

This year’s iteration is unfortunately too long for me but really beautiful piece nonetheless. Looks particularly nice in North Sea.

Looks fantastic, Paul. I take it the XS are long sold out?

He's wearing an S.

The default sizing for the cardigan is relaxed — the style is intended to be easy to wear over the likes of the thick corduroy shirt he's wearing there — so only go up a size if you want a super-slouchy look.

Cheers!

I think we sold the last couple in that size over the weekend.
Ah...now that you mention it I do recall seeing the XS available for a short while. Ah well, you snooze you lose.

I think that North Sea is my favourite colourway of yours thus far. So deep and dramatic looking. I have the Gansey in that colour but hope it's one that will continue to resurface in one form or another.

Any idea at this stage which colours your watch caps and scarves will be in this year?

Yes — big fans of the North Sea yarn-recipe here!

The watch caps are being made in a flecked yarn, in navy and (I think but am not sure right now) biscuit. Lovely yarn, fully of life and character, similar to that used for the balmacaan and topcoat.

(The gansey will be made in same, but in navy and in, if memory serves, grey.)

The scarves have yet to be decided, but a frontrunner for at least one of the colours is the same red-brown as last year: it's a real personal favourite and proving right now hard to top.
