Think this is a Day 1 pick-up for me. When do you expect these field shirts to be delivered?

There's also the field shirt, which will also make use of tweed from County Donegal. One of them is a pretty lively fella — see below — and I am thinking of making the cutter's life a misery for at least two afternoons by demanding full pattern-matching across the entire (one-piece sleeve) garment.

The cloth is ready to be cut, but there are a few things ahead of it in the queue.

I should think this time net month they'll be done or be imminent.

I'll be sure to drop you a line the second they touch down!

The making of the trucker jacket is underway, I am pleased to report.

I hope to them online before the new week is out (providing no stumbling blocks, which wouldn't be unknown for a first-time style).

And in the meantime — more photographs of things made recently (though it doesn't feel like it) outside the workshop.

The theme this week is "blue".

Love the jacket especially but there is always some resistance to buying one before I've tried it on.

On the subject of trouser fastenings I'm a huge fan of both the looks and the adjustability of the buckle.

Did someone grab all the size XS proper trousers while I wasn't looking? The dun brown proper trousers look great

They did fly out this time.

We sometimes have a surge in interest in size XS, which recedes as quickly as it comes.

I am monitoring how the trousers in the motley flannel do, with a view to perhaps making the standard trouser with the same cloth (but maybe a different pair of colours) in a few months.

Here we go -- the first few photographs of one colour of the upcoming trucker jacket.

I knew there'd be a silver lining from my mannequin losing his right hand ...

There's a browny-red colour, too (not dissimilar to https://www.sehkelly.com/slim-trouser-in-cotton-sail-cloth-in-umber/ but a little lighter and brighter) and both will hopefully be online in the next 48 hours.

@sehkelly Will the Tielocken come back in stock this season?
Afraid not. It's taking a break.

Same with the trench coat.

It's the Chesterfield and parka major's time to shine in the big-coats-with-belts aisle this time around.

When can we expect some parka majors?
Within two months, I hope. It is the final development to be worked on (we are making some changes to the one from two years ago). Once we've finished the changes and made a sample to test them, then it'll join the queue for production.

The cloth, at least, is already ready: it's the same thick sail-cloth as the slim trousers from late last month (but other colours).
