Rumpled shoulders in RLBL suit?

I had a similar problem to my shoulders, a bit of fabric bumping up. Mine was closer to the lapel. Ended up needed a shoulder shift which is quite a bit of work. I brought it in early last week, had an initial re-fitting friday and we'll see the results tonight. I'm not sure if your suit has the same problem, mine happened after I had it dry cleaned. $90 fix, fyi.

Is this because of the shoulder being too slant or collar too tight?
