Have mercy. England v Wales. What a great advert for rugby. Corpses all over the field. Worth every penny of the 27.95 it cost me.

Been away and haven't watched RWC for a couple of days. The injuries to the Poms and Welsh great from Wallabies perspective.

Australia 15 V Wales 6 what a remarkable 10 minute defensive effort from 13 Wallabies Shakespeare says it all "From this day to the ending of the world, we in it shall be remembered we few, we happy few, we band of brothers"

Now the quarter finals bring it on!

Quarter finals Boks grind out win against Wales.

But Christ on a bike the All Blacks demolished the French 62 13 WTF!

The Boks v Blacks test is going to be hell on wheels next week.

Brilliant game, I've only just got over it.

Lots of rubbish in the press here about the refs decision on the final penalty, doesn't matter all stems from them not winning their own lineout ball.

But an australian pull the short of the scott during the lineout, that was the first fault.

You could go over all the penalties or should have been penalties all you want, like the Scottish scrum collapses from angling in that somehow went against us but it doesn't matter we won and that's that.

I will say throwing a long line out in the pouring rain with 2 minutes to go and up by 2 points is prob the dumbest thing ever.

I'll be up at 2am Monday morning here to watch. Pretty happy Pocock and Folau have been declared fit too.

Argentina were favourites if Pocock was out. Still hard game to call tbh. Los Pumas have been seriously good this tournament.

So will (Sir) Richie be cited for the elbow which caused 20 stitches to Bok Louw?

Don't think there is anything in it myself (even though I'd love for McCaw to be rubbed out)
