I stopped by a unique store recently, RUEHL No. 925. Only later did I realize it was the higher-priced line by Abercrombie & Fitch, targeting twentysomethings and early thirtysomethings. The clothes are similar in quality to J. Crew but a causal, distressed look rather than classic look. The milieu is very 1960s-1970s Greenwich Village, New York, characterized by a reader during the heyday of Village Voice weekly.
