RTW Classic Menswear recommendations in Rome/Florence

Does anyone have any recommendations for classic menswear shopping in Rome and Florence?

Primarily interested in RTW blazers/suits, but also casual classic menswear, in the Suitsupply/Spier & Mackay price range and with long sizes available. Also interested in shoe makers in the lower end of the goodyear welted shoe spectrum. There seems to be an abundance of high end RTW and bespoke, but fewer budget friendly alternatives have come up.
