Just received this insanely beautiful coat as a Christmas present, but unfortunately it's slightly too small for me. This is from the current RRL Fall/Winter 2013 season and it retails for $1200. This coat was tried on once today and soon restored into a Ralph Lauren garment bag. Tagged Medium. $550 shipped CONUS via USPS Flatrate priority. I will ship internationally upon request. Also on eBay here.

Details from the RRL site:

Overcoat crafted from yarn-dyed, windowpane wool tweed and designed with bellows pockets and a self-belt.

Point collar.
Applied placket with corozo buttons.
Long sleeves.
Adjustable buttoned tab at each cuff.
Looped waist. Self-belt with a leather buckle.
Oversize bellows pockets at the hips.
Single-vented back hem.
Buttoned welt pocket at the interior right waist.
Buttoned-flap welt pocket at the interior left waist.
Fully lined.
Shell: 100% wool. Front lining: 100% cotton. Back and sleeve lining: 51% cupro; 49% cotton. Dry clean.

Measurements:

Pit-to-pit: 22.5"
Length: 38"
