I have a growing collection of dress shoes, mostly Northampton made, and wanted some advice about my next move. I work in a fairly conservative field, dress business casual (slacks + sport coat) most days with the occasional suit.

Shoes I own to date:
EG Chelsea in black
EG belgravia in dark oak
EG Dover in dark oak
EG shannon in dark oak
EG piccadilly in brown london grain
Alden Tassel Loafer in dark brown suede
Alden single strap monk in black
Alfred Sargent for Sid Mashburn Chelsea in brown (lighter than the dark oak)

I'm drawn to another pair of belgravia in black for some reason, but question the sanity of owning 3 tassel loafers. And utility.
I don't particularly love penny loafers (although I love my piccadilly's).
I don't love my Alden single monks, but also fear a pair of nice double's like the westminster might be too flashy.

Input welcome!

Seems like you're fond of EG. I would suggest the Shanklin in brown suede. Chukka boots are incredibly versatile and would help round things out.
