Hello there Dusty,

A few questions concerning these. You would not happen to have more pictures of the trousers? I want to see how those double pleats look. Did you get much usage out of them? Is it a full button fly? What's the wrinkle damage on these? Lastly, I am guessing they are in the 8 to 9oz range?

You can PM or just reply here. Thanks.

Hey there,

  • Sure, I'll edit this post on my phone and post a picture of them being worn.
  • I probably wore them 5-7 times in the year I owned them. They're in great shape.
  • Yes they do feature a button fly.
  • None, the fabric composition makes them highly wrinkle resistant. I would still recommend you dry clean them upon receipt...because, well, they're trousers worn by a stranger. :)
  • I would say 8/9oz would be accurate. They're light, breathable, and comfortable on the skin.

Thank you very much for the detailed response and pictures. The color looks better than in the original picture. I guess my last question is, are they more of a medium rise (assumption based entirely on where they sit on you)? According to the inseam measurement and the rise, they might be a bit too short for my higher rise preferential style of wearing.

Owning many Rotas, they are comparable to the NMWA ‘higher rise’. MJ also classifies they as a ‘slightly higher rise’. The picture is a bit deceiving due to the camera angle.

Thats good enough for me. These are now currently off the market. Incidently, if someone is reading this buy this man's Formosa jacket. A steal with countless combo opportunities.
