O **** sorry Mauro. I didn't mean to blow you off like that. I never saw your post. I'm up in NY but am going to be back in PA soon. I'll get you that bottle when I'm down there. I think it was around 30 bucks, plus some shipping which I can figure out.

I just tried some of this last night neat poured into a brandy snifter (against the recommendations of my gracious hosts). From a distance, it simply smells like root beer and a bit of alcohol. Once you really get your nose in there, it's actually rather complex. Lots of medicinal herbal notes and spice. The taste is much like the nose. The texture is oily and syrupy.

Once it opens up a bit more, the root beer-ness dials itself back and the &quot;herbal&quot; part really comes forward. Reminded me of Chartreuse.
