For me, from FW08, polyurethane coated "waxed" bomber.
Coated bomber is a good one. There was one for sale on here a year or so ago, but I slept on it.
Shoulda kopped when I had the chance...but it was before I had ever even seen a Geller leather irl and it was before the JPY dropped so I was scared
^That coated bomber is gross lol
Loved that piece, the dude from sufu that works at nomad wears it very well. Forgot his name.
For me it'd be the lace cuff coat.
The best bomber, 70% cotton and 30% Cupro. Quilted shoulders. FW10. Less cropped than other iterations. I was stupid to have sold mine. Robert himself always wears a version.
missed out on this twice. Then saw one of his employees in it and almost flipped!
Incidentally, the SFGELLER10 code for 10% off is still good.
Did RG ever make those long zip vests in a gray color? Interested.
FW10 outerwear pieces.
bomber, laced cuff coat, dinner jacket
I wore that Fall 2010 bomber to work today. It's getting a little beat up these days - some seems at the back a little loose. A sick piece.
I like the lace cuff coat, but don't love it. Would still cop at the right price. He should do another version of that.
The olive green flight pants are the item that got away. I'm not sure what season that was.
Definitely the laced cuff coat.
Speaking of laced cuff coats, I size one too big on mine when I bought it from spacepope. I was wondering if it's theoretically possible to tailor it one size down in every dimension. Anyone know?
it is possible, though you would need a very skilled tailor and an extra ~$200. (i think you bought that one from me, btw-- sorry to hear the sizing didn't work out)
