So, the legal and ethical ills aside...what can be learned from the way disgraced illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich presents himself? What kind of people does he surround himself with that enocourage this aggressively shaggy mane (or as SNL said, it looks like his toupee has a toupee)? Or has be been told to cut it, but he holds onto it for dear life like a man with a combover? If a man came into a job interview with his hair looking so out-of-control, would you hire him? And what do we think of his suits and ties?

Nothing wrong with that. You got your drape in the chest, waist suppression, nice slim pants. Sleeves are a little short but you can't have everything.
