1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Awesome Cleav! Suede looks very supple. Is this your first lower ankle chelsea? My preference has always been towards the taller ankle for chelsea, but these do look very nice.

    Thanks Euro, much appreciated.

It is my first lower ankle Chelsea. I was looking at the C & J Cranford 3 but couldn't get over the line with 'em quite due to the different coloured v shaped elastic side pieces. Their colours and sole choices also influenced me.

These though pushed my buttons straight away! First run out today and they are uber comfortable. I think they look pretty cool too :in love:

Might be a bit of a silly question, however, do you take the opportunity to wear a shorter trouser when wearing boots?

The question is asked due to being out buying trousers OTR when wearing boots and then when wearing shoes realised that they just show a little too much sock. Now I have trousers matched to footwear which isn't ideal with my limited budget.

Yeah, shorter and more of a taper YMMV. On a limited budget you need to think more strategically and plan it out with a whole look. Impulse buying, for me only rarely works. It's lots of fun but I save time and money when better prepared. :D

We worked it out. It helped that I was able to make the spot less obvious by working on it with an emery board. Now, it is just a light spot that looks as if the nap is leaning one way.
