Heavy Rain in London Today so I wore one of my cheap rain shoes:

Loake Shoemakers Sinatra (still quite damp)
Dore Dore Argyle Socks in Fil d'ecosse mix (that is how they do it @DD)
Navy Herringbone Trousers from some English merchant

I was pondering on this few weeks ago. I have never seen anyone on teh London underground rush hours with SWIMS or similar, but this morning for example a lot of people (mens and womens) wearing wellington boots, as seen many other times, and then wehen those people gets into the office change in their good shoes.

I have pair and I love them the days I need a pair of nice shoes without destroying them.

They're good things to have in the bag in case of surprising rain. Mine are red just to give some colour to the gray day.
