1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

So all our images from the thread are gone? Hmm. I'll be damned if I can post any new ones, too large is all it says.
Uploading to photobucket and posting via URL doesn't work either.

Go to galleries and pick "add media" create an album...you will be able to upload your photos there...then insert them using the "camera icon" media gallery upload. Don't ask me how the hell I figured it out? I guess I have too much time on my hands!!:)

OK, something different, well worn slouchy neapolitan brogues, linen trousers and viccel socks. While the weather lasts ...

This afternoon, cherry moores to cheer up an otherwise miserable jaunt to return a pair of ill fitting Crockett and Jones loafers. And, yes, jeans with oxfords :bounce2:

    ESCF3919.jpg

Loafs in question, the Boston (314 last) on the left here is very short and despite the supposed extra width at the joint, curves in faster and as a result is tighter in the toe box. Also a wider waist results in a worse fit under the instep, very little support when compared to the Sydney (341 last) on the right. Counter intuitive to look at eh?

As much as I wanted a more casual pair it's going to have to be the 341 last for me again. Or something completely different. :rolleyes2:

@muddy250 if I'm not wrong, you can see how your little toe is pushing the side of the shoe.

Yes, you can, my feet are wide but also I have an odd left foot, most shoes are too tight for me on that side due to an injury but it's not a problem and there's wiggle room in there. :) None in the Bostons tho, too stubby and cramped by a long way.
