When I was 19 I had a pink suit which was more pink than that, pink panther pink. wore it with a white shirt and black tie. Was very much like something Deniro would wear in Casino.

I remember this older woman who used to be Brett Anderson's girlfriend picked me up at the cockpit in Leeds one Saturday night. She lived in a nice part of Leeds and the next morning we got some breakfast in a pub frequented by very conservative types in blazers and khakis. I walked in wearing this crumpled pink suit, smudged eyeliner and "club crap" on the bottom of my trousers and shoes. Totally "rocked it".

All the guys i've met who were big on pink either did it because their wife dresses them or they were doing it to try to pick up women.

In fact i've yet to hear anyone personally( I'm not generalizing all pink lovers just stating my experience.) profess their fondness for the colour for anything else than" This will get me chicks bro!"

It's far too trendy for my taste and seems to largely attract the same crowd who wears axe body spray.

It has nothing to do with puberty though your attempt at wit or at least half of it is appreciated.
