It's very simple. The website promised 1-2 days, now it's 4 and counting. Wednesday was day one, I ordered before the start of your business day. Saturday was day four, since on your website you stated that you work Mondays to Saturdays. Regardless, even by your very loose standards of counting days, it is still 2 days and not shipped. Any major retailer would have seen that as a missed promise. If you're going to accuse your customer like this, then I don't want to have anything to do with your shop. Please just cancel my order and refund it, I will take my business to Pediwear.
