Got this from Japan about a year ago. It's cool.
Still in great condition.

Shoulders are 16", chest is 19", but I find the (shoulder) measurements a bit deceiving. I think it fits pretty true to size.
I'm a 44 and as you can see, I can fit it over another jacket easily.
