RN numbers?

    Hi all,
    Recently bought a Zegna Shirt off ebay...everything looks OK except that there isn't an RN number on the shirt (and there's also edge stiching on the collar which is different). I own a couple Zegna knits and they all have RNs...

    It's possible that it was originally sold out of the USA and thus wouldn't have an RN (I assume).

    Articles of clothing do not have to have labels with both the brand name and RN number on them, just one or the other. Having both is of course an option which some (usually mass) manufacturers choose, but unnecessary and redundant.
