RM Williams Boots - Everything You Wanted to Know

I am going to be listing 6 pairs of R.M Williams boots for sale all in size 11G (UK and AUS size which is equivalent to U.S size 12 in a regular width fitting). Some such as the Stockman's Buckle Boots have only been worn twice. they are all in good condition. All boots have the comfort non-slip soles. Any marks or scuffs are shown in the pictures. Message me if you're interested. All boots must go. I will accept reasonable offers.

Found a pair on the bay in my size for $80 shipped, looks like they're pre LV! They look to be in pretty great condition.

With regards to the quality of R.M. Williams boots I do recall that the initial Dynamic Flex Craftsman (DFC) boots were dreadful. The soles used to start separating at the lip of the boot (front chisel toe part of the sole). After that I didn’t buy a pair of DFC for years, but they seem to have addressed the issue, and I bought a pair of the DFC in black kangaroo leather which I alternate for work with a pair of black yearling leather Classic Craftsman boots with a comfort inner sole, but a leather outer sole.

How exactly can I tell if it's Yearling leather and post LVMH? I read the insoles are red but another pair I found had a single insole that was tan. (The $200 one with a big red longhorn on the heel)

I live in the US so I haven't had many opportunities to handle RM Williams boots. They're not common here.

If they have the old R.M. Williams logo then they are pre-LVMH. Besides that I do not know how you'd be able to tell.
Regarding leather, that's a tricky one. I am guessing that the boots will either be yearling leather, willow leather or kangaroo. Kangaroo leather is a bit grainy whereas willow and yearling are smoother leathers. I am no expert on how to identify leathers, simply throwing in my two pence.

RMW boots have a date stamp on the insole that will tell you when the boot was made

For example: this boot was made in April 2017.

If you conclude that 6.5 is THE length for you, you have the G width option, but also the F width option (the narrowest Craftsman width) via MTO.
Your perfect boot does exist.

I just printed the label to return the 6.5G.
Length is great for me but looks big on my foot...on an ugly way.?
Same will be F.
My other option is getting back to 6H.
What are the chances the toebox to give a bit so my big toe not scraping against the top of it? There is not other boot that I want.Maybe the Maquarie one,but they don't do the G width ?

@InaYan the toe box will not give. That is in my experience as well as many other wearers here on SF

The fact 6H needs just 2mm of height in the LEFT toebox drives me so mad I want to chop off that stupid toe of mine.
