I saw a post some days back that PL is coming back to polo.com on 10/15? Is this a function of the economy? What is the strategy behind this decision? The site sure has been weak without the PL line.

Any updates appreciated.

I've been waiting for this as well. They just put it up on RL.com. Great stuff. Limited though. Lots of shirts, very few of everything else.

I hate to be a jackass, but I posted the 10/15 and I was totally being sarcastic.

Yes, it's back on! Much better than their other lines.

Good to see it back up there. I wish they would've added some suits though.

There appear to be quite a few Aldens in the current RLPL shoe offerings...well, two.

Hope they will offer a few more products - it's a bit limited offering in some categories

Fair play. I built up the anticipation and the earlier release date was a pleasant surprise.

There are some nice basic ties.

+1 on the ties.

My RLPL seven-fold ties I got a while ago have held up astonishingly well. Probably some of my favorite ties.

Girl, what is you talking about? They all suck,RLPL ties are stiff and make ugly knots. The only one I dislike less is the cashmere stripe,I can't tell if it is navy or black though.

How do you feel about spending money on non-essential goods during the Covid-19 crisis?

  • I don't want to spend money at a time of economic uncertainty, even if I could afford it.

  • I feel compelled to spend to help small businesses that are struggling.

  • I reduced my budget for non-essential goods and I'm not spending at the moment.

  • Not much has changed for me and I'm still buying stuff I can't afford.
