A great staple navy suit made by Caruso for Ralph Lauren Black Label. I've worn this suit very lightly--no more than 10 times. This is the Anthony model, in an all-season 100% wool gabardine. The sleeves have working buttonholes. Flat-front pants with side tab adjusters, no cuffs.

$SOLD shipped CONUS.

Measurements:

Jacket:
Shoulders--19"
Chest--22"
BOC--30.5"
Sleeve--25.5"

Pants:
Waist--17.5" across (with side tabs relaxed)
Inseam--31.5," with 2.5" to let out

Any idea how hard it would be too lengthen the sleeves on these since they are working button holes?? I am normally a 42L

Don't think you can once the working buttonholes are in place. Have you measured the sleeves of your existing jackets? FWIW, the sleeves weren't shortened at all; the standard length on RLBL 42R fits me perfectly.
