RLBL Jeans Measurement

Does anyone know if RLBL jeans waist measurement runs to true size?

Ie if it is a 30 then it means 30inch waist?

I don't know about jeans specifically, but their trousers are usually 1" larger than tagged.

I ordered a pair in 30 from the previous GILT sale and they were probably 31" Anyways, much much too tight for me.

the jeans stretch a bit, but its not that big of a deal. im a waist 30 in everything, and rlbl jeans too (i have 2 pair)
